Exclusions

• Kitchen - Doesn't include removing & placing back utensils

• Doesn’t include appliance cleaning such as fridge, microwave, etc

• Doesn’t include wet-vacuuming and shampooing of sofa-set

Notes!

1. Shampooing of walls will be extra of Rs.1000/ for standard 1 BHK, Rs 1500 for 2 BHK and Rs 2000 for 3BHK and would require additional time.

2. Floor scrubbing by Single disc machine will be extra of Rs.500/ for standard 1 BHK, Rs 800 for 2 BHK and Rs 1000 for 3BHK and would require additional time.

3. Inside cleaning of trolleys and shelves in kitchen will be extra of Rs.500/ and would require additional time.

4. We will clean all cupboards, cabinets and drawers from outside.

5. Heavy fixtures and furniture would not be moved by team.

6. Old and stubborn stains will be attended to the best of our ability. However we can’t guarantee 100% stain removal.

Service Time: 6-9 Hours (depending on BHK)
